Experts present topics such as maternal mental health, infant sleep, emotional wellness, and much, much, more.

This class is offered by Intermountain Health Childbirth Education to support new mothers after birth during the postpartum phase.

There is no fee to participate, but registration is required due to a limitation on group size.
