The Public Health Leadership Program aims to develop, build, and enhance character-based leaders across the public health workforce.

This course builds on the power of values and character. Leaders gain self-awareness in a safe learning environment through a combination of activities, facilitated introspection, case studies, and a different approach to learning that is truly transformational.

The program focuses on helping leaders understand who they are, what makes them unique, and how to leverage their strengths to enhance their influence as a leader through improving communication, relationships, credibility, and trust. This program is evaluated at the end of each day, at the end of the course, and at 6 months following completion. Additionally, alumni connect virtual events are being planned for 2025.
