Return to Sport services offer personalized recovery plans for athletes who are recovering from injury or surgery. The goal is to safely regain strength, mobility, and confidence, ensuring a smooth transition back to physical activity. Injury risk assessment for UE and LE

Injury Risk Assessment is an essential service to identify and correct movement imbalances in the upper and lower extremities (UE and LE). Using advanced evaluation techniques, we assess an athlete’s biomechanics, posture, flexibility, strength, and movement patterns to uncover areas of weakness or dysfunction that may predispose them to injury. These assessments focus on detecting faulty mechanics or asymmetries that could lead to strain or injury over time.
