For the treatment of substance use disorders during pregnancy
Peripartum Addiction Treatment and Healing (PATH) is a state funded program for the treatment of substance use disorders during pregnancy and 12 months postpartum.
PATH is currently available for mothers delivering in Weber and Davis Counties. For mothers outside these geographies, we can help connect you to community resources close to home.
PATH, a state-funded program offered through Intermountain Health, is a multidisciplinary group of professionals with expertise in:
- the treatment of substance use disorders during pregnancy
- the treatment of psychiatric diagnoses during pregnancy
- connecting patients to resources such as food, housing, transportation, baby supplies, and more
- recovery peers and birthing support
- counseling and educational programs during and after pregnancy
- caring for infants and babies who have been exposed to substances during pregnancy
Universal screening is available for all mothers at clinics who will deliver at the Intermountain hospitals serving Weber and Davis Counties.
