Medical Staff

Individuals who are credentialed and privileged by Intermountain to provide care, treatment, and services to patients:

  • Licensed independent practitioner (LIP)
  • Advance practice clinician (APC)

Medical staff and advance practice clinician credentialing and privileging are managed and documented through the hospital Medical Staff Office.
